About The Event

When speaking of Advent we might use words like journey, darkness, waiting, birth, humility, light, and incarnation. Ultimately, Advent encompasses all of those words because its focus is on our relationship with God and each other. We journey with God through our own self-discovery and God’s coming in flesh to lighten our darkness. On this quiet morning, we will explore some of the subtle aspects of those words as we may experience them in prayer, in the season of Advent, and through our journey with God, both corporately and personally.

Schedule:

9:30 ~ Welcome and announcements – Sr. Madeleine Mary, CSM

9:45 ~ First Address: Keeping the Reverence of God Before our Eyes

Followed by prayer and silence.

11:00 ~ Second Address: Finding Revelation and Relationship

Followed by prayer and silence.

12:30 ~ Midday Prayers
